Delete Account

Before you proceed with deleting your account, please be aware of the following:

• All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems
• Your saved routes, favorites, and preferences will be lost
• You will no longer receive safety alerts and notifications
• This action cannot be undone once completed
• It may take up to 30 days to completely delete all your data from our backups

Consider these alternatives before deleting your account:

• Deactivate temporarily: Pause your account for up to 6 months
• Limit data collection: Adjust your privacy settings
• Export your data: Download a copy of your data before deletion
